All prices are on a per square foot basis (not lineal) and does NOT include shipping or product on small projects (500 sq ft or less). All of our applications include a minimum of 2 coats and for high burnished or texured coats, it may incude 3 - 4 coats for higher sheen, more depth or added texture with extra cost. We also include all prep and clean up. After choosing your unique look and a final bid has been submitted and excepted by the client we simply receive a 50% deposit to start and collect the remaining balance on completion.

$9 - Light-Burnished Veneziano for projects between 500 ft. -1,000 ft. (Materials Included)

$11 - High burnished Veneziano for projects between 500 ft. -1,000 ft. (Materials Included)

$11 - Burnished Marmorino for projects between 500 ft. -1,000 ft. (Materials Included)

$13 - Limewash, Wax or Sanding for projects between 500 ft. -1,000 ft. (Materials Included)

$18 - Light-Burnished Veneziano for projects under 500 ft. (Materials NOT Included)

$20 - High burnished Veneziano for projects under 500 ft. (Materials NOT Included)

$22 - Burnished Marmorino for projects under 500 ft. (Materials NOT Included)

$24 - Limewash, Wax or Sanding for projects under 500 ft. (Materials NOT Included)

Travel Expenses and Equipment Rental :

Projects within 50 miles of Bend Oregon will have a (10%) charge for fuel expenses, scaffolding, and/or a lift.

Projects outside of Central Oregon but with in the state of Oregon will have a (20%) charge for all travel expenses including food, gas, hotel, scaffolding and/or a lift.

Projects out side the state of Oregon but with in the continental U.S. will have a (30%) charge for all travel expenses including food, gas, car rental, hotel, flight, scaffolding and/or a lift.

Projects outside the continental U.S. will have a (50%) charge for all travel expenses incuding food, gas, car rental, hotel, flight, scaffolding and/or a lift.
